Our Team
Swift Media Group is composed of strategic thinkers, seasoned project managers, and creative production professionals with a diverse array of experiences and skills.
We have years of hands-on experience in branding, sales support, marketing, training, instructional design, and event production, especially in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and telecommunications industries.

Vicky Swift
Co-Founder, Visionary, & Rolls-Her-Sleeves-Up-And-Gets-It-Done-Right President
Vicky is one of the foremost communications specialists in the country, bringing with her more than twenty-five years experience. She is respected both for her strong creative aptitude and excellent organizational skills. Her expertise extends beyond meetings into training, virtual presentations, and ongoing communication initiatives. Nobody in the industry cares more passionately than she does about delivering communication programs that motivate, excite, and educate. She’s always ahead of the curve!
I started out in this business as a producer and I quickly learned that, to deliver great programs,
I have to be an expert in my clients’ business as well as my own. Great work isn’t enough; the
content must be targeted to meet our clients’ goals. Doing this successfully is how we’ve built our
reputation. Swift Media Group is not just a provider, we’re a respected partner. We got there by
achieving results.

Duffy Swift
Co-Founder, Video Savant, Financial Watchdog, & Many-Hat-Wearing Partner, Executive Vice President
With thirty years of experience in writing, producing, and directing films and video, Duffy’s creative standards are a cut above. Having been a business owner for most of his career, his passion for producing engaging video is matched only by his desire to create a welcoming, highly functional workplace for the whole Swift Media Group team.
My goal in video production has always been the same: Find a way to connect to the audience.
Flashy video with no point-of-view is a waste of the clients’ money. And, managing a small business,
I have no patience with wasting money, be it our client’s or ours. Whether producing a great video
or making sure a company runs on all cylinders, you must think creatively, commit to the vision,
and spend money judiciously. And finally, ultimately, have fun!

Mark Owen
Executive Producer, Go-To Guy, & Partner, Executive Vice President
From annual meetings to new product launches, Mark knows all areas of production, with emphasis on technical support, labor management, and execution. Mark’s experience also includes film/video production, special events, and live musical talent production.
Twenty years ago, we used to call what we do business theater. Even though meetings can still be
quite spectacular and theatrical, the important thing is assessing and creating the perfect blend of
media for the message. The best part of our business is when your message has made an emotional
connection with the audience that ultimately results in a positive change in their behavior.

Amy Magro
Thinker, Doer, Trainer, & Vice President of Training
Amy has earned the deep respect of her colleagues due to her excellent organizational skills and keen ability to help identify needs, work creatively, and facilitate excellent communication between marketing, sales, and training.
In the fifteen years that I’ve been in the pharma business, I’ve had a few different titles. Sales.
Product and Managed Care Marketing. Sales Training Management. These experiences help me
bring global perspective because I not only understand what needs to be learned, I understand the
perspective of the person who’s learning it. So, in addition to having a working knowledge of different
therapeutic categories like cardiovascular, diabetes, anti-infectives, GI, urology, nutritionals, and
devices, I also have a real field understanding of our audiences.

Courtney Quann
Listener, Generator, & Senior Account Executive
Courtney’s commitment and consistency for delivering excellence has allowed her to build long-term relationships with her clients.
Before I joined Swift Media Group, I worked in marketing supply chain management for companies
as diverse as Komatsu; Land O’ Lakes, Inc.; and Philip Morris, USA. By partnering with the sales
and marketing teams, we created cost-saving programs to develop, produce, and distribute
marketing materials and promotional items. So, I guess you could say that I bring an outsider’s
perspective to our business. At Swift Media Group, I’m responsible for cultivating new business
opportunities, managing high profile meetings, training projects, and communication campaigns.

Rachel Kingery
Strategizer, Energizer, & Account Executive
Rachel’s thirst for knowledge is what led her to earn a B.A. in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as her M.B.A. from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
No matter what I’m working on, I stay focused on the strategic process. Whether it’s helping small technology and medical device companies launch marketing campaigns, designing pricing strategies, or tackling complex healthcare challenges, I like to look at the big picture. That way, I can help my clients develop a pathway to their desired outcomes. From developing relevant, research-based strategies, to designing creative tactics, I love looking for the next big thing. I look for ways to employ innovative, cutting-edge technologies and developments. In the end, it always comes down to executing the plan, and ensuring a high quality effective end product.

Leslie Fenton
Former Client, List Maker, Picky Eater (But Even More Picky About Exceeding Client Expectations), Producer
When Leslie was working on her master's degree at DePaul, her thesis was on corporate meetings as a form of communication.
I understand clients because I used to be a client. In fact, the favorite aspect of my last job was managing our national meeting. And I thought… if that’s what I really like to do, then why not do it full time? So about 10 years ago I joined Swift Media Group and have been having fun ever since. I think my experiences on the client side are a great asset because they help me understand the client’s perspective: what they want, what they need, and the unique challenges they face. I know what it’s like to juggle a dozen things at once… major sales and training meetings, videos, newsletters, brochures, traditional media, new media. It’s a lot. But the good thing is, now I get to help my clients do this. AND it’s exciting. Oh, and the picky eating thing? Let’s just say I have high standards.
