Vicky Swift
Co-Founder, Visionary, & Rolls-Her-Sleeves-Up-And-Gets-It-Done-Right President
Vicky is one of the foremost communications specialists in the country, bringing with her more than twenty-five years experience. She is respected both for her strong creative aptitude and excellent organizational skills. Her expertise extends beyond meetings into training, virtual presentations, and ongoing communication initiatives. Nobody in the industry cares more passionately than she does about delivering communication programs that motivate, excite, and educate. She’s always ahead of the curve!
I started out in this business as a producer and I quickly learned that, to deliver great programs,
I have to be an expert in my clients’ business as well as my own. Great work isn’t enough; the
content must be targeted to meet our clients’ goals. Doing this successfully is how we’ve built our
reputation. Swift Media Group is not just a provider, we’re a respected partner. We got there by
achieving results.

Duffy Swift
Co-Founder, Video Savant, Financial Watchdog, & Many-Hat-Wearing Partner, Executive Vice President
With thirty years of experience in writing, producing, and directing films and video, Duffy’s creative standards are a cut above. Having been a business owner for most of his career, his passion for producing engaging video is matched only by his desire to create a welcoming, highly functional workplace for the whole Swift Media Group team.
My goal in video production has always been the same: Find a way to connect to the audience.
Flashy video with no point-of-view is a waste of the clients’ money. And, managing a small business,
I have no patience with wasting money, be it our client’s or ours. Whether producing a great video
or making sure a company runs on all cylinders, you must think creatively, commit to the vision,
and spend money judiciously. And finally, ultimately, have fun!

Mark Owen
Executive Producer, Go-To Guy, & Partner, Executive Vice President
From annual meetings to new product launches, Mark knows all areas of production, with emphasis on technical support, labor management, and execution. Mark’s experience also includes film/video production, special events, and live musical talent production.
Twenty years ago, we used to call what we do business theater. Even though meetings can still be
quite spectacular and theatrical, the important thing is assessing and creating the perfect blend of
media for the message. The best part of our business is when your message has made an emotional
connection with the audience that ultimately results in a positive change in their behavior.

Jill Fenton
Sr. Vice President & Partner, Learning & Development, motivator and doer – empowers others to create “wins” in their own right and exceed their own expectations
As Senior Vice President, Learning & Development, Jill brings experience in over 15 therapeutic areas and best practices from working with over 125 pharmaceutical products and personally designing and implementing training for 60+ product launches. She is widely regarded as one of the nation’s leading experts in innovative and highly-effective practices in sales effectiveness strategy & behavioral change. Jill is equally adept at launching new and profitable service lines and turning around underperforming businesses.
She consistently leads and motivates project teams to peak performance. A formative career in the military, beginning as an enlisted paratrooper with the Field Artillery and rising to one of highest-achieving female junior officers in the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, created her strong leadership foundation. From the U.S. Armed Services to the front lines of the pharmaceutical industry, Jill began her distinguished career with Merck and she has mastered complex clinical and strategic marketing landscape information across various therapeutic areas. What separates Jill from her instructional design peers is that she possesses the unique ability to approach sales training through the eyes of the audience – the pharmaceutical sales representative. Everything she touches must pass her ultimate “rep-test.”
“Not much happens in business until someone sells something. It’s that simple. There are those that contend that the day of the salesperson is over... that technology will replace people. The fact remains even in a global economy, people still want to deal with people. And as long as there is a human component, no one in business, regardless of position, can afford to look at their business through anything but the customer’s eyes. The sales call is still the most important interaction in business. Because until somebody sells something, nothing else really happens. The truth is that most sales people are made, they were not born to it. And the very best sales people have learned the skill and art of selling and continue to practice it. The key to successful sales training is to focus on creating behaviors that impact sales - and reinforcing it, again and again.”

Leslie Fenton
Former Client, List Maker, Picky Eater (But Even More Picky About Exceeding Client Expectations), Executive Producer
When Leslie was working on her master's degree at DePaul, her thesis was on corporate meetings as a form of communication.
I understand clients because I used to be a client. In fact, the favorite aspect of my last job was managing our national meeting. And I thought… if that’s what I really like to do, then why not do it full time? So about 10 years ago I joined Swift Media Group and have been having fun ever since. I think my experiences on the client side are a great asset because they help me understand the client’s perspective: what they want, what they need, and the unique challenges they face. I know what it’s like to juggle a dozen things at once… major sales and training meetings, videos, newsletters, brochures, traditional media, new media. It’s a lot. But the good thing is, now I get to help my clients do this. AND it’s exciting. Oh, and the picky eating thing? Let’s just say I have high standards.

Lynn Schroeder
Former very satisfied Client, and a You-can-count-on-me Production Manager
Lynn is driven by her constant search for excellence – in her personal life and in every aspect of her professional career. Colleagues and clients recognize her passion and commitment in every project she tackles.
Before becoming a Production Manager at Swift Media Group, I worked for six years at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Leadership Development. Prior to that, I spent twenty years in the financial arena. The shift from “being the client” to now “serving the client” has allowed me to bring a unique and valuable insight when building strong relationships and partnering with our clients. Delivering the best possible results is what it’s all about!
